Dr. Bibi Organics Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Dr. Bibi Organics! We hope you love your purchase, such as our Butter Oasis moisturizer, but if you're not fully satisfied, please contact us at support@drbibiorganics.com within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

• You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return any item. After this period, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be received in their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A $15 processing fee will be assessed for each product unit upon return and deducted from your refund.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm we've received it.
• If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 1-2 business days.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

• We will only replace items that are damaged or defective, and only if reported within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
• To request an exchange, please reach out to us at support@drbibiorganics.com.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable for exchanges.

• Online Purchases Only: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from third-party retailers. For items bought through authorized partners, please reach out to them directly for their return and exchange guidelines.
